What you get

Draft documents, built from what you upload and what you tell us, with every factual statement pointing at a page in your own evidence or at an answer you gave. You check them, edit them and send them yourself.

What we are not

• We are not solicitors or barristers, and we do not give legal advice.
• We never file anything with DWP or with the tribunal, and we never correspond with them on your behalf. Our address is never given as an address for service. You press send.
• We do not tell you what will happen, and we do not estimate your chances. Anyone who does is guessing.

Deadlines

We calculate deadlines from the date printed on your letter and show you the calculation. Check the date yourself. Missing a deadline is serious and it is your responsibility.

Accuracy

Software reads your documents, and software gets things wrong. That is why every statement is checked against the page it came from, why the drafts say how many statements need a manual check, and why you must read the whole thing before sending it.
